a.     Equal rights for all.
b.     No eminent domain confiscations or acts resulting in the same ends.
c.     Taxes, fines, or other encumbrance placed on a citizen of the United
         States of America must be proportionate to their financial, physical
         and mental capabilities.
d.     Those involved in any aspect of law enforcement shall be
         held personally liable for damages " financial, physical, mental,
         and property of any nature " resulting from wrongful, malicious,
         and / or careless persecution, arrest, interrogation, and harassment
         including inciting - and / or - enabling confrontation.
e.     All competent American citizens shall have absolute control of their
        own bodies, minds, and properties in regards to;
                1.   Pregnancy.
                2.   Distribution of personal property.
                3.   Right to die.

       [ Exception = Any competent person who wishes to let others control
         their bodies, minds, and property may do so. ]

f.     Those inciting terrorism may be stopped by whatever means, and were
        ever necessary. If said persons belong to an organization, that
        organization shall provide compensation for any and all damages
        resulting from the acts of those persons they enabled.
g.    Every American citizen shall be entitled to a safe room with bed, clean
       water, shower, toilet, basic nutrition, basic medical treatment, and
       educational services necessary for employment or functionality.
h.    In time of war, the life styles of the families of those who are deployed
       shall be maintained.
I.     Employers may hire as many NON-American citizens as necessary to
       make their companies functional.
                                            THEY MUST PROVIDE
             1.   Transportation form a registration location, to the work site,
                   and back once the work is completed.
             2.   Legal payment for services.
             3.   Housing.
             4.   Insurance.
j.    Stem cell research shall be funded in every way necessary to reach the
      full potential.   Those who disagree may decline personal use of the
      benefits.
